Amy Modun graduated from Texas A&M University in 1998 with a bachelor’s in journalism. Prior to becoming a lawyer, she worked as the managing editor for a labor union in California. She received her Juris Doctor degree in 2012 from Vermont Law School, where she graduated with honors and was active in the Alliance, a coalition for the GLBTQQ community.
Amy has been a partner in Jarvis & Modun, LLP, since 2014. For several years she practiced disability law, representing hundreds of clients seeking benefits from the Social Security Administration and before the federal court. More recently she has focused on estate planning and elder law.
Amy lives in Hinesburg with her blended family, extensive fruit and flower gardens, and her Brussels griffon, Pablo.
