We provide advice and services to landlords and tenants, including:
- Drafting and reviewing leases, both residential and commercial. We are very familiar with the statutory requirements for leases, including the statutes governing mobile home parks.
- Instituting eviction proceedings, and enabling landlords to deal with the eviction process as expeditiously as possible. We believe it is important to act swiftly and decisively when tenants fail to meet their lease obligations.
- Assisting with problems which arise during the course of rentals.
Although all the members of the firm have many years’ experience with landlord and tenant issues, Robert Scharf has long worked with landlords and tenants in evictions and housing disputes. We believe that good service requires treating the client as an individual. In preparing leases, for example, we believe it is important that the lease be tailored to the individual circumstances of the client. (Back to Practice Areas)
