Labor Relations
Kohn Rath Danon & ., LLP has extensive experience in labor relations law as governed by the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA”) and the Vermont Labor Relations Act, representing both management and union clients. We have successfully negotiated collective bargaining agreements under the NLRA. We also help clients administer such agreements, including dealing with employee problems, processing grievances, and handling arbitrations and NLRB proceedings.
